suites each with one King Size Bed, the eagle’s sofa also folds down to a double bed that can cater for a child or additional adult.
Ideally located between the Mornington township and Mt Martha Village, your accommodation is right near the heart of the Mornington Peninsula.

Mt Martha Villas are only minutes from the many wineries, restaurants, fashion boutiques, beaches, antique stores and open markets. There are some 50 cellar doors surrounding the Mornington Peninsula so why not try the excellent wine tastings, then perhaps indulge in a long lunch or dinner at one of the many vineyards / restaurants nearby. If golf is your passion, the Peninsula is abound with world class courses and your host can assist with an introduction to the National Golf Club at Cape Schanck.

Just a great spot opposite the beach and easy walk into Mt Martha. Best bed I have ever slept in .

Can’t Wait to Return

Spent the weekend in this beautiful brand new king bedroom. With water views, beach across the road and walking distance to local village shops.

Fab Weekend

I recently enjoyed a fabulous weekend staying at Mt Martha Villas.

Awsome location directly opposite the beach with serene views and wonderful coastal walks at the doorstep. Ideal for convenient access to all the recreational offerings of the Mornington Peninsula playground.

These beautiful “beach-house’ style villas are fully self contained, with modern appointments and welcoming decor. A full agenda with my friends awaited upon arrival.

We explored the Mornington township’s abundant cafe culture, drove to the Red Hill Winery region nearby for an excellent lunch at Max’s restaurant, late afternoon drinks at The Rocks overlooking the water adjacent to Mornington Pier, followed by a light dinner at the very hip italian establishment DOC.

At the end of a full day of fun and indulgence, it was a treat to return to the Mount Martha Villas. A heavenly comfortable king size bed awaited, with lots of pillows, so I sat up in bed with a cuppa and watch the Olympic Games telecast – Bliss!!

The next morning, after an invigorating walk along the sandy beach, headed for brunch at the highly recommended Merricks General Store. Charming indeed!

So much more yet to do! Next time.

Can’t wait to go back and stay again at the Mt Martha Villas for more magic.
